Chris joined Debin Construction as Legal Counsel in 2014 and was appointed to General Counsel in 2019. Prior to his employment at Debin Construction, Chris strengthened his commercial litigation expertise at one of Australia’s top-tier law firms delivering outcomes in relation to intellectual property litigation, insolvency and banking and financial industry disputes.

Since joining Debin Construction in 2006, Simone has become an invaluable member of the team, playing an important role in the company’s strategic financial planning and ensuring tax and accounting compliance requirements are met. As a manager with a participative leadership style, she values the input from her team members constant improvements in processes.

Tony joined Debin Construction in 2012. As General Manager – Corporate Services, he assists all businesses in delivering operational and strategic business initiatives. Tony focusses on collaborative leadership while challenging internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal operational and financial outcomes. He is responsible for Procurement, Fleet and Treasury departments.

As a Human Resources Manager, Steve is responsible for industrial relations, end to end recruitment services, staff retention, and development of group policies and procedures. Steve encompasses an open, inclusive and collaborative leadership style, empowering people to perform to the best of their ability in a culture that is light hearted, fun and free from micromanagement.

Patrick joined Debin Construction in 1994 and is an experienced civil engineer, project manager and senior estimator. As Manager, Patrick is responsible for the development, practical leadership and direction of the business systems with respect to safety, environment, quality and commercial aspects. As a team player, he takes a practical, outcome based approach to the resolution of issues

Colin has over 27 years of operational and technical experience across a range of mining, port, defence, road and rail projects. As National General Manager – Strategy, Colin leads the company’s strategic planning process with the explicit objective of achieving sustainable growth across the business units through diversification and competitive advantage.
